Any dish is presented with extreme care and attention in choosing the right ingredients.
All food is fresh, bought in the same morning of the Rialto’s Mall, and, for this reason, quality and authenticity of the tastes are guaranteed and preserved.

The owners personally create and handle all dishes, they personally select and buy all products, guaranteed by the supplying firms with their reliability.
For this reason, the Menu can vary because the presentation of the dishes depends on the ingredients – fruit, vegetables and fish – tracked down in the morning.
