Our family has an important philosophy that characterizes our dishes from the birth of this restaurant; this philosophy is represented by the attention and the devotion to traditional Venetian cooking. This is the passion for ancient cooking, the one that inspires us in the realization of the dishes.

THE RESTAURANT

The restaurant has to be considered as an awesome evolution from the condition of “Bacaro” (a traditional Venetian place where you can have fish dishes) into a high level restaurant. The place has the atmosphere of an old warm tavern, with tastes of an ancient era. At the same time, the owners’ skills, refined furniture and a qualified reception show the elegance of the place.
